New sales for 4Q 2021 reached EGP 3.0 billion, a 61.4% increase from EGP 1.8 billion in 4Q 2020. That brings our FY 2021 sales value to EGP 9.2 billion, a 48.8% increase over FY 2020 and 32.9% over FY 2019.

Makadi Heights, a city of Orascom Development, announced the organization and hosting of the strongest Motorcross show for cars and motorcycles, Masters of Dirt. It is being held for the first time in North Africa during the period from 23 to 24 December, under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

A total revenue increase from Makadi Heights by 13.2 times to reach 253.4M pounds, compared to 19.2M pounds during the same period last year. Makadi Heights is witnessing significant progress in the field of commercial leasing through the signing of several agreements, which are expected to start operating during the third quarter of 2021.

The closing ceremony of ‘Makadi Heights Football Cup’ (MHFC) for both men and women was held in Makadi Heights, the fully integrated town by Orascom Development in the Red Sea governorate, from the 18th – 20th of March. The tournament was held in the efforts of trying to promote tourism in Egypt.
